All items are non-refundable, returns are only accepted if the item is faulty. Rest assured all items have been thoroughly quality checked before dispatch. 

Any cancellations must be made within 24HRs of purchasing your order. Any cancellations after this will not be accepted. 

No 2 Fit Alike is a sustainable brand, many items are purchased second-hand. Although some pieces arrive new with tags, this does mean that signs of wear can be noticed on the pieces. The rework process can manipulate the spots where the wear would show however some wear and tear is unavoidable. No 2 Fit Alike will never resell dirty or heavily stained pieces. Every piece is washed and inspected before the rework process to ensure you are receiving the quality item you paid for.

E.G If you order an item on the 6th of July, add 7-10 working days. This would be between the 16th-21st of July, you would then allow 1 working day for the item to arrive once shipped (or 3+ for international orders). Working days exclude weekends & bank holidays.
